Shelly Ley

Holistic Movement Specialist

Shelly has practiced yoga and meditation and been obsessed with dance, exercise and all forms of movement for over 25 years. Shelly became a certified yoga teacher in 2019, the same year she participated in her first mini triathlon. She holds an MS in Education, and is about to receive her 100 HR Steel Mace Vinyasa certification. In addition, Shelly is also a certified health coach and is currently working on a certification as a nutritionist.


Shelly believes that all bodies are happier when they are moving, and that we can all be stronger than we think we can! Through mindset, meditation, journaling, nutrition, functional fitness, strength training, yoga and somatics, Shelly helps her clients realize their potential and experience new levels of confidence and strength.
